The customer service I received from Paul was top notch. He went out of his way to accommodate all my needs and followed through with everything. His wife, Annette was equally as thorough, professional and pleasant to work with.
The UNIT was delivered on time and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly/professional. He spoke very highly of his employers and stated he felt like a family member.
The gentleman that picked the UNIT up was on-time and thorough. This company has it going on and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
One word of advice; take full advantage of the tutorial on how to load a UNIT. My two sons packed it very tightly from back to front; we took all the recommendations on stuffing pillows, blankets, bedspreads, etc. in all the holes; we rented the straps from UNITS which saved everything. My unit was full to the brim and I had pretty valuable, breakable items. Not one item broke in my move...but I attribute it to the method of packing so become educated before you load; it will pay off in the end.
