Everyone at this location that helped me was very friendly, understanding and patient. I was definitely not expecting that great of customer service and I was pleasantly surprised. You always hear nightmare stories, but they were great! more

U-haul strips my wallet 3/11/2008

Beware of the Spokane Valley U-haul Co. at Everegreen and Sprauge. Amy at the front desk wanted to charge me $89.95 for a tail light plug I bought at Shucks 1 block E, for $6.45, less then two minutes to install and I was ready to rent.... I was 1 hour 15 minutes late on returning the trailer I rented for $18.95 per 24 hour period so they charged me double ( two days rental ) about $44.00 dollars with tax, no prorate program.. I had other work I could have done with the trailer so I asked to keep it the other 23 hours I had already paid for,,,, Sweet Amy said "" no, I've already closed this account out""\r \r Pure ripoff sharks,,,BEWARE !!!
