I rented a uhaul from another dealer and had problems with it on a 500 mile trip. I was stuck in Mississippi and needed to trade the uhaul out at 10pm at night. Uhaul sent me here...

WORST SERVICE EVER!! 12/7/2011

I rented a uhaul from another dealer and had problems with it on a 500 mile trip. I was stuck in Mississippi and needed to trade the uhaul out at 10pm at night. Uhaul sent me here and the owner of this places was a raging a-hole. He forced me off the property,threatned to call police and refused to swap the uhaul out for me. I WOULD not do business with these people. Its sad that people could be such a jerk. UHAUL needs to take their equiptment from this place. NEVER do business here! more
