My wife called - they never returned her call. A week later I called, and no return call. I called again days later - they answered, and made an appointment. A week after that the appt - they still never came. never called to apologize for missing the appt, nothing - just left us hanging. Left 2 more messages, then gave up. Called another hauler - job done right away. This company should be called U Call it - We Ignore It. more

Don't waste your time!!!! 7/11/2011

We waited two days for this company to show up. We continuously called them and got the answering machine. We left messages and were not called back for two days. Then they said that they didn't even know about the appointment. They apparently do not own a clock, a gps, or a schedule book and pen. Do not waste your time and energy as we did. I have a relative that provided a service to the owner of this company and it took him a while to get paid. Extremely unreliable!!! They get one star for having a phone number. They suck!!! more
