I would recommend Tyndall to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. My salesperson was is the ""Fairy Godmother"" of decorating. Not only did she help us pick out the best furniture but also helped us design our new room. Thank you Sheila and Tyndall for exceeding all our expectations of great products and wonderful service! I am trying to get the replacement mattress replaced from the purchase made 1 year ago. Talk about trash! Stay away from the tyndall pedic mattresses. For over $1500 it lasts approximately 3 months and then turns into a pile of balled up material that will send you running to your chiroprator!!!!. The customer servicre is terrible. Since they give you a worthless warrenty, your credit card company won't help you and you certainly aren't going to get help from Tyndall. They are worse than buying from the guy selling mattresses on the corner. At least with him, you know you are throwing the dice and taking a chance. TERRIBLE DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFF COMPANY! more

Cool place! Large selection and if you don't see it, they can order it just the way you want it. Not a cookie cutter operation. It's nice to know you can still get quality that so many furniture stores back away from for the sake of price. sleeper sofa in a tight area 7/14/2010

We were in search of a queen sleeper that could get around a tight corner inour condo. Tyndall Furniture had the answer. They could provide us with a model that had a breakaway back, thus it could fit into the room! Their service was very good, they were on time with the stated delivery date and we are very pleased with the quality of the sleeper sofa and its matress. more

Disappointed 6/26/2010

After all the Tyndall commercials that we heard on 1150AM, we had high expectations from the Tyndallpedic Grand Luxury Memory foam mattress we purchased. Instead of "total body restoration", we wake up tired. During the night we wake up with arms tingling. We have to keep changing positions because our sides become numb. The mattress does not "cradle" our body. It feels like sleeping on a board. I wake up with a sore back and hip. This mattress does not give us "the best night's sleep" and does not "take away the pain". We would not recommend this mattress to senior citizens as was recommended to us.The mattress is not the "best investment you'll ever make". The delivery service was excellent but the product is a disappointment. more

We just purchased a new mattress at Tyndall's and couldn't be happier. The customer service was fantastic - knowledgeable staff but no pressure. We have been sleeping on our new mattress for 3 weeks now and have noticed that some everyday aches and pains have disappeared. Not to mention the great nights sleep we are getting! I highly recommend Tyndall's mattresses. more

Tyndall's Furniture--love it!! 6/8/2010

I had a terrific experience Tyndall's!! After being greeted warmly at the door by Caroline, we were allowed to browse at our leisure. She would unobtrusively appear from time to time to check on us, but there was never any pressure. When we found what we wanted to buy, she was so helpful in explaining details and options to us. I would definately go back to Tyndalls! more

I had often passed the Indian Land store but after having visited several other stores, I decided to look at this store. Tyndall Furniture had the exact dining table I was looking for and my salesperson,Carolyn, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tyndall Furniture to all my friends. more

We heard of Tyndall Furniture Galleries on WBT1110 am radio, which I believe is a trusted station. On my recent visit to Tyndall, I received good service and was treated with respect and had all my questions answered. I also told a few of my friends about Tyndall Furniture Galleries product and services. I purchased Bisco Memory Foam Diamond Queen Mattress and Base. I purchased the mattress for $4,000.00. Mattress Purchase 5/25/2010

We have slept on our new Tyndall plush king mattress set for four nights now and I feel like a different person. It is very comfortable and so far has met all of our expectations. We found the sales staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We would recommend Tyndall Furniture for a mattress purchase without hesitation. more

My experiences at Tyndall's are always positive. I have purchased three rooms of furniture from them. All the furniture is of excellent quality, and exactly what I was looking for. The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. One partiular salesman remembers us when we come in and treats us like his friend. I would not hesitate to purchase more furniture from Tyndall's, and I often recommend them to others. more

I hate shopping ! . However, yesterday we went shopping for a mattress at Tyndall Furniture Gallery in Indian Land and I truly enjoyed it. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Memorial Day sale 5/20/2010

My husband & I shopped for comfy chairs yesterday, 5/19/10. Our salesperson, Dana, was friendly & professional. She went the "extra step" in order to accommodate our preferences & to be certain we were pleased with our purchases. The selection at the showroom was terrific and we found just what we needed- plus, although the prices were reasonable, the Memorial Day sale really saved us even more. Shopping at Tyndall Furniture has always been a pleasant experience. I had only visited the more crowded Pineville store until recently. I appreciated the expanse and wide selection at the Indian Land Gallery. This time I bought a recliner from Carolyn who was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. The office staff was also very pleasant. Great business atmosphere! I would highly recommend Tyndalls. more
