Sales people. 10/26/2007

We went to tylers to see about a new vehicle, my 1st impression of the salesman and others was not impressive. I am a normal guy who works and pays his bills but I felt like they were already judging me by appearance and were looking at me like I was a waste of they're time. I felt so uncomfortable that I left and bought a brand new vehicle down the road from them. Would not recommend. more

Okay dealership 11/3/2005

I have not really been either impressed nor disgusted with Tyler Automotive. They have a great selection of cars, both new and used. However, some of their sales pressure made me uncomfortable. I think they may have gotten too big, too fast and lost some of the "small town dealership" feel that attracted so many customers. more

Don't go here 10/8/2005

We went here looking for a new car and fell in love with a SUV. We were already pre-approved but they would not come down on the price, not even a little on a used car! If there customer service was not so horrible and they actually tried to make a sale they would have. They were just being lazy more
