The ladies arrived early and were very attentive as we walked through the house to show them what they needed to do. They covered a lot of territory in the 3 hours they were here and ended up having a little extra time to go beyond what I had originally requested. more

I hired Two Maids and a Mop to do a Move Out clean my house I just moved out of and am renting. They did a wonderful job! It would have taken me days to do what they did in hours. I thought the price was great for the amount of work they did. I would recommend! more

We used the budget clean this time instead of the premium clean and the gals we had this time were more thorough and we were much happier. Still some streaking on the stainless, but we would love to have these gals back again! more

Good: I liked the fresh smell and the shine on the floors!. Bad: I did not like the streaks on the stainless steel appliances and the terrible streaks and smudges on the bathroom mirror. The mirror is so bad, I have had no luck removing the smears. I also plan to request use of our vacuum cleaner rather than the vacuum taken through other people's homes.. Improvements: More care in watching the streaks.. more

This was my first time using your company and I'll say they did a pretty good job. There are some things that I feel will need some improvement. The piano in the living room was not touched, nor was the tub in the Master bath. The bathroom floors were vaccumed not sure they were mopped because I could see where some small areas were missed with the vac. Also, I need to ask if once the toilets are cleaned, do they flush them? If not, I saw no cleaner in the bowl. I prefer that once they have been cleaned that they not be flushed. That way they smell clean and disinfected and I know they have been cleaned. I want to request that they not take out my trash. I have my husband do it. I had just sent out 2 bags the morning you came to clean so my cans had new bags in them. They were taken out again. To me this seems wasteful plus I know what days trash pickup is, etc. This is my mistake because I forgot to mention it to the ladies. The women were very nice and overall did a good job. My house did smell good when I returned from the gym. I like for them to ask me questions when they are not sure about something and they did. They did leave without saying anything to me. I had wanted to say 'thank you' and see how their experience had been but was not able to. All these things are easily addressed and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning. more

i had a free 2 hour cleaning from an email deal i purchased through Two Maids. i left the ladies with a to do list that i didn't think could be completed in two hours and headed out. when i got back within two hours, the ladies had already left, having completed everything i asked. they did a fabulous job! very impressed with the cleaning & the efficiency. many thanks. more

I was pleased overall with their services. However, when I have the premium package and the baseboards are a requirement...everytime, they were not done. The first initial cleaning I had to ask the maid to re-clean the bathroom bc it did not smell fresh and the baseboard was still dirty. She did this when I asked. Another time, I came home and the baseboard was not cleaned in the bathroom and I could not say anything bc they had already left. However, they changed my sheets without me asking them on a regular week. Overall good cleaning--just wish they would get my baseboards in the bathroom (I have a 3 year old son, who is learning to "aim") and the bathroom just doesnt come out as fresh if they don't hit these troubled areas. more

Maids did a great job and left a special note for us telling us how our stay at home dog did while they were here. 10 out of 10 more

I have been so pleased with my ladies! My baseboards, ceiling fans and bathrooms love them too. The ladies are very professional and will adapt their cleaning to my requests. This was first time I've used a maid service. I requested the cleaning for a friend with cancer. His hospital bed is in the living room, so I specified to concentrate on the front part of the house, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The ladies spent way too much time cleaning out the pantry (that we don't even use) and they did a good job on that, but barely vacuumed the living room. The coffe table is still thick with dust, I don't believe it was even touched. I guess if you want it done right, do it yourself... more

It's a pleasure to come home after work on days that they've cleaned. I alternate between the basic and premium cleaning every two weeks. I agree with the review saying they could use more elbow grease at times. The house is not eat-off-the-floor clean, but it's definitely nice and tidy. I also like that Alicia is concerned to make sure that you're satisfied. I would recommend to others. more
