I will never take another pet to them as they are the reason that my last dog had to be put down. They refused to listen to me when I told them that there was something wrong with him. They said that he was fine and to keep an eye on him and we did and he continued to act differently and they still refused to look into it further. As it turns out my dog had a tumor growing on his spleen that ended up starting to bleed into his abdomen resulting in his death. The vet at the emergency pet hospital said that this all could have been prevented if twinbrook had listened. As long as they have the incompetent vets that they currently have working there they will never get my business or anyone in my families. more

My son brought his dog in ... discovered a untreated UTI . Charged him for emergency visit plus over $500 in testing fees after . My son drained his savings. They said he was informed of pricing before testing , I don’t believe it. They said they did an X-ray for possible tumors but no suggestion of tumors in routine exam. They had one diagnosis... why test for for more stuff if no other symptoms were present . They care more about money . My sons dog is thirteen years old , u really think he’d be able to afford for tumors to be removed if they were present ? Smdh more

A nice looking exterior is an ill equipt practice. I took my two beloved cats to Twinbrook for many years. Things were fine as long as the cats were healthy.. I thought I was doing everything right to keep my pets healthy with the very expensive annual exams, etc. When my female cat seemed lethargic I took her right in. They ran hundreds of dollars worth of tests on her, and could not find anything. I kept taking her back for more and more tests, even overnight. While I was waiting for tests and more tests she died within the week. Still, I kept taking my male cat to Twinbrook thinking it was still ok because perhaps they did the best they could with my other cat, and also because he was under treatment for thyroid and he got 3 month blood tests (200$ a pop) to monitor him for years..when he started to get ill... Same story with my male cat...tests and tests.. sent him home with no supportive care for his symptoms. I actually did a better job myself on the internet and had to find possible maladys and contact Twinbrook to ask for testing. Finally I took him to Animal Kingdom, and the vet told me his symptoms should have easily been spotted via the 4 years worth of blood tests. He showed me on my copies I brought in how the levels on his tests had been going down for over 18 months. Twinbrook never looked at his bloodwork history! Never spotted any problems! But by then sadly, it was too late. My cat would still be here today if they would have done their job! Final note- Things are all good and fine when you have a healthy pet...but when the real problems arise..they are CLUELESS!!!!!!!!! Find a competent vet now, so you can save your pet when the time comes. I still am very angry at their incompetence. more

We found this vet because we were in search of a quality facility to board our pets. We hadn't considered a veterinarian since we thought that the only animals they kept would be sick ones. This is not the case. We boarded our animal for a few days. Her food was included in the price and our animal was well taken care of. She got let out to stretch several times a day and the Vet picked up on an ear infection. The cost of the exam and medicine was much lower than a competing vet's previous bill. I have recommended this vet and the boarding services to many friends. more
