The best burger I've had in Nashville 2/18/2012

We just had lunch there, both ordering the BBB, fries, & soft drink. It was only $20 (for both) for the biggest, sloppiest, most wonderful burger I've had in Nashville. You have to cut it in half to eat it. It's not all bread either, it's a 3/4 lb burger with cheese, bacon, and all the trimmings. Don't be impatient because you don't get your food in 5 minutes - they're cooking it fresh and it's WELL worth the wait. They also have a good selection of beer, both draft & bottle. Don't go there looking for anything fancy, it's a bit of a dive and parking is limited, But, who cares about the decor with food this good?! They also have $5 lunch specials through the week. I've eaten at Rotier's, Brown's Diner, McCabe's Pub, Five Guys, & Cheeseburger Charley's and they're all good, but not nearly as good as Twin Kegs. more

Home of the B B B !!! Need I say more...? 2/3/2009

Twin Kegs is the home of the B B B, (the Big Bad Burger). Craving Meat? It's got you covered. Cheese? But of course... Bacon? Hell's yea Bacon... This burger is freakin' huge. And so tough, it'll bite you back. It even comes with a shiv stuck in it, cause it's not messing around. Pros: The B B B, cold Bear, and the friendly staff Cons: not a lot of parking more

Wanna see live music on a football night....Good luck! 10/30/2008

Be warned...If you are a band tryin' to play in this bar, then I warn you that you better not play on a football night. We drove from an hour away to see a band, which was scheduled way in advance, and when we got there the band had been bumped by a college game....how lame. There was no notice of this and when we arrived the band wasn't there and heard this from a waitress after we'd sat a while. A lot of folks were very upset over this including us....we hadn't been there before. What a waste to come all the way out for nothing and have to go right back home. And the burgers that night weren't great either, although they are supposed to be famous for that. Be warned! You wanna see a football game...they are they place. If you wanna see live music...good luck on a football night! more

Wrong Address 7/8/2008

This restaurant has a great burger in an area of town where great burgers are scarce. The only problem is that Nashville City Search has posted an incorrect address for this restaurant. The restaurant is not located on East Thompson Lane, but is, instead, located on Thompson Lane. Pros: Food, Service Cons: Parking more

Great Neighborhood Bar 3/1/2005

Twin Kegs is a close knit neighborhood bar that is like being with friends and family in your own den at home. Lots of nice people that are fun and friendly. Karaoke on Friday nights are a blast for all. It is aimed for anyone to join in the fun no matter if you can sing good or not. Cold beer, Great Burgers!!! Great people!!! The owner Jesse Gunn is the BEST !!! Go see for yourself and enjoy it as I do. I don't think you will be disappointed. Pros: Great Burgers, Fun Karaoke, Friendly regulars Cons: smokey more
