Great View and Service 12/11/2010

I just had a good experience at Tweten's. Food was great and service was very responsive to our needs. They have really improved from a year ago. Prices were a little high but had a great dinner. more

The new lighthouse 4/19/2010

It is now the Lighthouse Restaurant and Lounge. The food is pretty good when you finally get it. I was told that they were out of three of the menu items and it was still early in the night. The bar is a joke. The bartender was so frazzled that it took forever for our drinks. The staff just overall seemed incompetent. After all the build up that the paper gave the place we expected more. Maybe give it a little more time to work out the kinks!! more

I don't know when those last reviews were written, but it must of been some time ago because Tweten's restaurant is great! The menu is large and has everything from steak and seafood to great salad and pasta. I especially like the roasted chicken dinner. They have a to die for brunch buffet every Sunday as well. more

Wasteful 11/14/2006

I have tried to like them, both visits were a sad disappointment. The beautiful view just does not make up for the rotten service, and boring menu choices. One of the times I visited, my friend asked for bread to go with her meal, she was brought a basket of hard bagel chips.......humm that just does not say yum to me! How hard can it be to have a nice loaf of hearty bread to go with the meals. more

I cannot believe it is still there 9/13/2006

My husband and I tried this restaurant- food was not very good. We were excited because it is in a great location over looking the water. We tried this place twice and both times the food was poor. more

Prices are high, food is bland and poorly cooked, atmosphere is so-so (except for the water views), and service is poor. This place has a lot of potential, but sadly it is unrealized. more

This waterfront eatery is known for its fantastic views and great food. The atmosphere is pleasant, airy, and offers good views. Plus, there is a meeting room of ample size. Once in your meeting, your meal will be delivered to you. That is nice. Food is tasty and fresh. Menu contains many seafood dishes. Prices are exorbitantly high. Parking is ample most of the time. Location is easy access. I have had to wait 1 hour for a table here. ZZZZZZZ more
