In 20 years of living in NYC, worst dining experience EVER! They have a no talking policy when the band is playing, which makes perfect sense, but post some signs or a note on the menu, don't send a rude waitress over to tell you to shut up. It went downhill from there, as the waitresses decided to treat us like crap all night long. Service was slow and rude. Went to complain about the service but the manager/ owner was on vacation in SA. And of course they insist on an 18% gratuity (regardless of quality of service?), they have this note posted multiple times everywhere. Food is not worth the $$. It's way overpriced, mediocre, with tiny portions. The band was good. So if you want a good pisco sour, sit at the bar, don't waste money on dinner. Would recommend skipping this venue, they don't seem to care about the customer/ patron's experience. Apparently, they were doing us a favor?!
Pros: Good Music
Cons: Rude Staff, Over Priced Mediocre Food, Tiny Portions, Bland
