Concur with the other negative reviews. The staff members and directors are rude and unprofessional. There is little to no planning in the admissions process. If communications with parents are not a priority here then how can you trust them with your child? more

there are too many kids in one classroom. there aren't enough teachers. for quality care, they should lower their student:teacher ratio. more

The center director has horrible communication skills. She talks down to the parents as well as her staff members. The new assistant director is not that friendly either. \r \r I'm glad I took my child out. What a waste of money. more

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful. They greet the children and families each day with a smile. I would definitely recommend this school! They offer care for the smallest infants (age 6 weeks) to big kids (12 years) too! more

maybe this is a day late and a dollar short but when I was looking for a pre-school I found Tutor Time. At the time of enrollment I explained to them that my son had some difficulties and had the diagnosis of being on the autism spectrum. When I explained to them that he had issues with food they said that I could NOT bring in special food for him, that he had to eat what they provided. After I found that out, I couldn't send him there for full days, only half days, which meant I had to find somebody else to pick him up at noon. There teachers were not trained in any way to deal with him and his "stimming" even though the director told me she had an autistic child. After sending him there for what seemed like an eternity, I finally found somebody that would take him and deal with his "issues". So I guess what I'm saying is that if your child is low maintenance and doesn't need anything special this could be the place for you. Anything other than that---forget it. more

My kids; 5 and 1 1/2 LOVE going to Tutor Time. The teachers do such a great job laying down the educational foundation for children. The staff is knowledgeable and very caring for all of the students. The facility is very clean. They have received the Service Excellence Award for three years in a row. I love this school. more
