All of these people writing bad reviews are unashamed liars. I mean really, why would you spend over $10K on your home then come here and say they are not bonded and insured? Really? You didn't think of this until after the job was done or what? Plus, all of these reviews were written by the same person - notice none of them can spell and have very poor English. Get a life...or an education. more

I have had the misfortune of having work done they are late, sloopy over priced and dont clean well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM and the store manager Zack Ab is a con and wants to put up this fake image of an honest business man. Now I used iDeal flooring to finish up my home including installing cabinets. But the cleaning crew did clean well. Thats about all I liked more

The reviews are true the contractors do not have compassion for the homes of clients. When I first went into the showroom I was overwhelmed by all the products. I spoke to Zack and he was a bit pushy for me as I like to take my time to look around not have a sales person hounding me. So After speaking with him for half an hour I reluctantly gave him my address so he can come out and the eval done. A few days later i got my quote WOW it was ok but once the guys came out to install they were not friendly and considerate. I kept quiet so they wont do anything damaging but they did scratch the doors an walls. The cleaning up part wasnt so bad but it does get rather dusty. I wait a few days later I call to say thanks but that was a stretch cause i didnt like how it turned out. more

Dealing with Tuscan Floors and distributors I know first hand that this is not an honest, reliable business. In having work done at our home the contractors damaged items and scratched the wall, they did not keep their work space clean. After they left I had 7-11 cups around then they had to come back the next day to finish up. my guarentee was the work to be completed same day and then the cleaning crew was coming out to clean but the installers werent done. Total disappointment... Zack has to get better control over that store. With spending 10k or more you have to be cautious of whom you hire and let in your home.... In having to speak to Zack first hand he is quick to make a sale, come out do estimates and have his guys work and thats the last you here from him. Leasson learned. more

I did not enjoy working with Tuscan Floors. Tuscan Floors were late and they don't have quality licensed subcontractors. If something doesn't measure up, they didn't come back to make sure it is done properly. Make sure if anyone goes with this place you find out if they are bonded, insured and legal otherwise you are messed up when things go wrong They remodeled our kitchen. They came out, did an evaluation, and then sent someone to measure everything. I dealt with Zack, and he was not professional. And the pricing is very high for the little amount of work being done. We got our living room and hallway done from Tuscan and at first the work looked great but that soon turned into disappointment as I had to call and complain that the flooring wasnt looking good and the baseboards were not properly entact. The store rep Zack seemed to care of our concerns but there was a lot of run arounds and to this day the flooring isn't up to expectations. The contractors broke my light fixture and then I had to wait a few days after for a cleaning crew to come and they didnt completely clean up the dust. I wouldn't let them come in and do the rest of my home. We are now looking to get the bedrooms done and when I thought about it, I got hesitant because of my past experience...When it comes to spending the amount of money we did I want to make sure this time I get a company that takes care of my needs the first time around. more

We did the work three different stages, and I have had a wonderful experience with them. Everyone I have referred to them has said the same thing. They love their service. The floors are gorgeous and they redid the fireplace as well, which I really like. They worked closely with us and they were great to work with. They helped us select the patters of the floors and they made a specific mosaic pattern. Also, the team of installers they work with is unbelievable. My agent told me about Tuscan Floors in McKinney Tx, letting me know that Zack Ab would deliver wonderful service for the multiple homes that I am having built. We decide to call the location and after repeated attempts to reach a live person we just gave up.... THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never had a company disregard their phone calls. I am not even going to visit the location for that matter. He (they) just lost out on a big business deal because of their issues. This is the letter I sent to the owner and am waiting on a response.. Good Afternoon, I do sincerely hope that this letter reaches the owner of this establishment. My name is Mr. Jordan Schielock and my company is building homes north approx 15-20 minutes of Mckinney Tx. We have approx 20 new starter homes being built on land out there through the bank. My wonderful agent has recommended Tuscan Floors in the Frisco/McKinnery location however I have repeatedly called and called this location and was either hung up on or the person on the other line would listen and hang up. My agent whom I have had the pleasure of doing business with for many years has referred me to Zack Ab guaranteeing me that I would receive superior customer service at a reasonable price. At this point I am disgusted at the level of service just from phone support that I have endured, and my agent is ashamed as well. It is strongly advised that this establishment hire better agents who can and will deliver superior customer service. My agent has referred me elsewhere and I will do the same as well.
