August 9, 2011. The manager (who claims to be the new owner and isn't) called an employee who works on transmissions to set up an appointment for my vehicle to be seen the next day. I arrived for the appointment and was informed that the employee had gone home sick and the manager was not in and that he himself was not aware of any appointment and to call the following day. I called in the morning and was told that neither the employee nor the manager were in yet, to call back later. I called in the afternoon and was told that the employee was sick and the manager was not in. The woman I spoke with took my number after I explained what happened and said she would speak to the other employees to see if one of them could look at my vehicle and call me back. I never heard from anyone. I have been doing business with Turack's for over 25 years and am very disappointed at the recent lack of service and disregard I received.
