Bunch of dirty liars. Avoid at all cost. Brought in a car that needed an oil change and had a leaky oil pan. When I pulled in, the only light on the dash that was lit was the MAINTENANCE light. After they were done, I got in the car and started up and suddenly now theres a CHECK ENGINE light. What? I go back inside and informed them the CE light was now on, to which some red-headed S.O.B. looked me in the eye and said, ""You brought it in with the light on"", like he knew. I replied, ""No, I didn't. There was no Check Engine light when I pulled in"". To which he now replied, ""Yeah there was, my guys are good about that"". That's TWICE this scumbag lied to my face. Let's break this down, shall we? If there was a CE light, why would I not ask them to check it out since I was having the oil change and oil pan replaced? Why is there no mention of it on the intake forms or the outgoing receipts? Where did his guys, who are good about it, mark it down? If by chance I'm stupid and didn't see it, why would they not inform me of it while working on the car? Why not even mention it as I paid and was about to drive away? Why? I tell you why: Because they are a dirty, scumbag, ex-con looking group of liars. This was the one time in my entire life I actually wished for people to be jobless. And the kicker to all this? That leakly oil pan? STILL LEAKS. So h*** no, don't trust them. Don't go there. more

I brought my lexus rx300 in for tires and an alignment. Richard and Corey dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner. The job way completed on time and the price I was given was excellent. I will definitely go back. I read a review on this site from 2006 which is no longer relevant because there is a new owner who is committed to doing things the right way. more

I bought my three daughters each a Chevy Cobalt and I have a Buick SVU. I take all of them for service to Mr. Lincoln Sam's Tuffy Service Ctr. on Semoran Blvd. near Colonial Dr. Lincoln is a good person who is very knowledgable about cars but what sets him apart from all others I have dealt with is his HONESTY! On more than one occasion I have taken one of my cars to him when something was wrong. Later he would call me and inform me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Like I said this has happened more than once when a little later he would call me back and inform me that once they got the car on the rack to observe further that what needed to be done would not be as expensive to do. This is after I agreed to pay a higher cost and would obviously have no idea or not if a less expensive service was done. With this in mind and the fact that once I get the car back it runs great I have told many of my friends to go to Lincoln when they need work done on their cars and will continue to do so! They were requested to install a simple water pump in a mazda. As it turned out, the mechanic did not check the provided part for fit, installed it and then noticed that the pulley would not fit. The victim had to buy another water pump to fit the pulley and Tuffys charged double the installation fee. The mechanics dont seem to be professional for the simplest things as to check the parts. (neglect) And tuffys is lousey at accepting responsibility for their own mistakes...pushing the responsibility to the customer. For you own sake AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
