Last november, we took silk curtains to be dry cleaned. When we picked them up, we imediately noticed that the material had been ruined. They admitted to laundering instead of dry cleaning the curtains. Over the course of 4 months, we returned the curtains to them 3 times per their request so that they could inspect them. They had us fill out a claim form and led to believe they would be compensate us for the curtains. After waiting 3 months, we replaced the curtains at our expense and discarded the old curtains. After 4 months had passed, they finally told us if we wanted our money, we would have to take them to court. I have since talked to 2 other people who have had the same experience with them.
Cons: No integrity, do not follow cleaning instructions
