My husband dropped off 7 dress shirts to be cleaned. When he went to pick them up, he only got 2 back and the employee apologized and said she had no idea where the rest were. My husband was told to expect a phone call from the manager the next day. . . the following evening, my husband called back since he hadn't heard anything and a different employee told him that he wasn't a manager, that he had no idea where the shirts were, and a manager would call him back the next day. So today my husband called at lunch time and the manager said she hadn't gotten any messages, never said sorry, and said she would try to track them down. Called him back an hour later said it 'may' have gone to one of their 28 other stores and she would call him back tomorrow. The manager never inquired as to whether the missing shirts were needed this weekend and she seemed very unapologetic. DO NOT COME HERE. The shirts that were actually dry cleaned look terrible and you might not get some of your clothes back.
