I've been going to Tsampa for years. They have excellent healthy food that's also very tasty. There are lots of chicken and fish dishes, and vegetarians will do very well here. There is no red meat served, however. As a Tibetan restaurant, the place strives to be soothing in its manner -- and mostly is. Though that doesn't mean you'll escape loud pseudo-buddhists who like to flaunt their enlightenment by speaking waaaaay too loudly from the next table. Mostly though, it's a great place. slightly romantic, but not so much so its inappropriate for a group of friends. Try their excellent dumplings.
