The sales technician arrived 2 hours late for the appointment.\r \r I am finishing off the attic area in my house, and the technician informed me that the additional square footage would put the Air Conditioning system over its recommended capacity by less than 200 sq ft. However, he stated that since it was minimal it wouldn't put that much strain on the system. I informed him that if I had underperformance issues in the future, I would have a second system installed.\r \r However, two days later, the salesman informed me that TS Heat & Air refused to perform the work due to the additional square footage.\r \r A company saying one thing and then doing the opposite seems a bit hypocritical and is extremely poor business practice! more

Worst Heat and Air Company Ever 8/10/2011

They installed the heat and air in the home I bought. They had to service the system 5 times before the home ever sold. They refused to warrant the system or workmanship after I bought the home. Have had to have the system worked on every year for the past 3 years since. Found out they installed a mismatched system, improperly installed the combustion chamber unit, improperly installed the refrigerant lines, sized the lines too small, and completely refused to make right their failed installation and workmanship. more
