this was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.on 02/14/07. 11/8/2007

my wife and i had deceided to spend our first valentine day at this hotel on 02/14/07 trhu 02/15/07. After a long night with lots of noise , the hotel security woke our entire floor at around 5am and said that there were a flood in on of the room on that floor. we all had to pack out of our room and stay at the lobby for about 2hours after they gave us a diiferent room later. on . we were so frustrated that we check out right away. the sad thing is that up until now nobody have sent a apologizing letter. Pros: ok! Cons: ok! more
