The support staff at TrueData are exceptional. We have purchased a couple telephony servers and Brett Palenscar at TrueData was always able to supply a quick and accurate resolution on any issue we had. The TeleVantage system is by far the absolute best piece of software I have encountered. Our IT guys cringe every time I quote them the uptime on our telephony system! TeleVantage combined with the service and support of TrueData are the only combination we would consider using. more
