Worst

I paid $155 at the time of the visit and was promised reimbursement when my insurance paid. 9/24/11 (me) I've called at least three times about this. My appointment was 7/1/11....

Dr. Matt and his staff bring a level of energy and vitality to their office that can do nothing but make you feel better when you visit. Definitely one of the best chiropractors I've been adjusted by. My health and energy is through the roof. I'm even married to a chiropractor and I visit this office. more

Dr. Matt Hubbard is by far The Best chiropractor I have ever been to. I've been adjusted my whole life by so many different chiropractors and nobody can hold a candle to him. I swear he's magic. As soon as he looks at you, he knows exactly whats wrong! And all the staff are so wonderful too. The whole place gives the best vibes. I couldn't recommend him enough. : ) more

The Convoy Team are always accommodating, always courteous, always there when you need to come in for an adjustment. Dr. Matt has been adjusting me for over 6 years and I couldn't image seeing anyone else. more

My husband has a terrible case of 5/25/2012

My husband has a terrible case of Crohn's Disease. After doctors told us there was nothing they could do but treat the symptoms for the rest of his life with strong steroids (which all have terrible side effects), we started looking for other options. I encouraged him to try chiropractic medicine, even though I myself wasn't a huge ""believer"". We both went in and started seeing immediate results in our energy levels, and Dr. Matt immediately fixed some lower back/hip pain that I have had for YEARS! It was amazing. My husband is feeling better than he has in ages. I recommend visiting Convoy Chiropractic to all my yoga/pilates classes (I'm an instructor) after seeing how much it has improved our health and overall wellness. more

I appreciate the staff being patient with me. I know sometimes I arrive super early for my appointment (I have it set in my mind that if I'm just sitting in the office I'm relaxing), and other times I show up late (when life happens). I appreciate everyone's positive attitudes. It really makes my day to see everyone. It also helps ease my mind to the adjustment and to trust Dr. Matt and Dr. Josh with my spine. Love you all! more

extremely friendly and efficient 5/11/2012

Dr. Terry Riley and Dr. Matt are experienced chiropractors and I've had a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and overall health since seeing them for the 1st time nearly a year ago. The staff have always been extremely friendly and efficient. They have also been flexible with rescheduling which is greatly appreciated! I would definitely send my friends to be treated by both of them.... Thank You! more

I have been to dozens of chiropractors in my life some good some not as much but I can tell you hands down that Dr. Matt Hubbard is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. Not only does he completely understand his science but he does it rapidly. This is a high paced and busy office which may discourage some people. But I know that if I go some where that is really cranking like this office that these people know what they are doing. ANd believe in serving the masses. Great prices, great staff great Doctors. This is the place to be. This is an office I would absolutely recommend to EVERYONE that is serious about improving their health. Thanks Dr. Matt can't wait for another adjustment! more

Dr. Matt, Dr.Alex &Dr. Adam, deserve more than a 5 star rating. The impact that they have had on our family, is beyond belief. An example; My husband, went in for a muscle spasm, within days much better all without pain medication, and his asthma 80% better, myself headaches and fatigue 90% better and the list goes on concerning our daughters. My awe is, it is all done without taking pain medication of any kind. thanks team at convoy village chiropractic. more

Billing Issues 11/6/2011

I paid $155 at the time of the visit and was promised reimbursement when my insurance paid. 9/24/11 (me) I've called at least three times about this. My appointment was 7/1/11. I have insurance coverage that covers chiropractic work. There is no indication that my insurance has been billed. 9/27/11 (convoy village chiropractic) I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we will be reimbursing your credit card as soon as we get the reimbursement from your insurance company. Since everything is being billed electronically, it should be no longer than 2 weeks for everything to be processed. 10/16/11 (me) I still don't see any pending claims from you. It has been over two weeks. Could you look into this again? 10/21/11 (convoy village chiropractic) Just got off the phone with my outside billing department and found out what has been going on. I wanted to email and apologize for you not getting reimbursed ASAP. At this point its all been billed and taken care of but I wanted to drop you an email and let you know. Good lesson, sorry it was on your time. 11/6/11 (me) I saw that you billed my insurance for my 7/1/11 visit. There was a $355 charge pending and $0 was paid by my insurance. That's a phenomenal achievement since I've been seeing a chiropractor here in Seattle for several months with a $15 copay and no billing issues. My insurance covers chiropractic visits. Billing is not an issue with other doctors. I'm going to go ahead post some negative reviews on the web and call it good. You don't have to follow up anymore. I don't appreciate you wasting my time and money. more
