My wife and I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many wonderful, expert staff at TruGreen. We, especially, would like to thank the staff at the Mill Hall office and their knowledgeable manager, Eric. Without your attention to detail and many professional differences of opinion, we certainly would not have this outstanding, lush lawn that we have now. We are ecstatic that the weeds and crabgrass are finally gone. So, too, is the new grass that you so diligently planted last fall. Your work has been undoubtedly thorough in eradicating everything.
We were confident in the work that could be achieved given TruGreen’s financial foresight. After all, what other company can schedule five homes in two blocks for five different days in the week and still keep costs at a minimum. Certainly a 112 mile round trip is more prudently made over five days rather than one.
We are also grateful that you took so much time to not answer our dozens of phone calls. It gave us so many opportunities to not thank you for this impressive work of outdoor lawn mastery. We are particularly fond of the intermittent tufts of green, grass-like areas. It is fascinating that your team has been able to accomplish so little for so much.
So, again, thank you for a job not so well done. My wife and I had planned to include a sizable gratuity with our payment. We realized, however, that the best compliment we could offer you is no payment at all.
