We are very happy with our house that we bought with the help of Mendy and Trophy Realtors. I thank them so much for finding it for us and holding our hand and babysitting us 1st time buyers through all the trials and tribulations. Can’t imagine going thru all that with someone that didn’t care or didn’t take the time to explain things the way they did. I want to thank Mendy and Trophy Realty for taking a couple of hours yesterday showing me around Trophy Club. Unfortunately, at this time I will not be pursuing the four homes I looked at. I thought they looked great and have a feeling they will sell pretty quickly, but I wanted a partner to help defray the cost. However, my two friends have decided not to go in at this time. I understand their reasons. Both decided to invest in other ventures. I am very disappointed, but I will have to not purchase this time.\r My wife and I were very impressed when we met Mendy the other day. After spending some time seeing her in action, I am very impressed by her class, courtesy, and professionalism. I appreciate the way she always put my interest ahead of the sale. Also, she was kind enough to give me great advice on how to proceed. I will refer her to anyone who needs a realtor, and my wife echoed that same sentiment. \r more

We can’t thank Mendy Whitehead and Trophy Realty enough for everything they’ve done. we know it hasn’t been easy, so don’t try to pretend it was. First, Mendy showed us a duplex that served as our home for almost a year. Most Realtors would just move on to another house and forget about us all together after that. Lucky for us, she’s not most Realtors. Instead of trying to rush us into buying a house, you waited (and waited, and waited, and waited) until we finally found a house we all liked. \r \r The first ten-thousand houses just didn’t please us all. They were all short a bathroom, or weren’t impressive, or (the most often case scenario) didn’t go to Colleyville Heritage High School – Goooooo Panthers!! \r \r It took a lot of trial and error to find our dream home, and we couldn’t have done it without you. though I’m overjoyed that I will soon live in the coolest house on Kingswood – and I have every intention of showing it off to my friends – I’m almost sorry to say that our search is over. \r \r I’ll never forget the fun I had looking at the variety of houses, planning my bedroom, critiquing architecture, comparing pools, and watching hot, sweaty guys mowing laws. But most of all, I’ll miss Mendy and her team. I’ll miss her sense of humor, her smile and her friendship. Well, before I start to cry, I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve ever done for us.
