From the initial phone call to get the bid/proposal through the final walk around your company simply excelled. The bid/proposal was very professional with a detailed description of the work to be done as well as the process your company would use to complete the work. This ensured that both parties were on the same page with regards to scope of work, expectations etc. The work crew was professional, friendly, hard working and punctual. They took a lot of pride in their work and this pride was specifically demonstrated when they started painting the body of the house and called me out to look at a small area because they thought the color was a little off. They were correct. The color was off and they quickly took the paint back to have it re-mixed to the desired color. The final walk through was also very professional. Your crew wanted to be sure that I was happy with the job and also stated a number of times that they would come back later if I found areas needing touch up. In addition, your crew left the jobsite in pristine condition not only at the completion of the job but each night during the job. In summation, an excellent crew and an excellent job. Triple 7 painted a rental house interior for me last week. All I was looking for was 1 coat of semi-gloss on everything. I own 6 rental houses and have had them painted before so I had an expectation. It turns out I was surprised, pleasantly so. Most painters I have used in the past got the paint up all right; they just got it on other things too. You know a little paint here and there in the wrong spots. I usually had to spend a couple hours to clean it up before the renters moved in. Not with Triple 7! When I met their painting supervisor at the home, not only was the paint up but the lines were crisp and clean. There was no excess paint in places where there should not be. Not only that, the house was cleaner than when I turned it over to them to paint. Wow, am I pleased. From now on Triple 7 will do my rental repaints. PS: I was so impressed I had them come do some painting inside my residence. My wife wanted some new color in the master and family room, with accent walls and white molding and doors. May 2012 I needed to get my living room, dining room and family room / kitchen repainted. I went to the BBB site and found Triple 7. I am 81 years old and needed someone that could move all the furniture around, take my pictures down and re-hung, etc. Triple 7's crew was a pleasure to work with. They were very careful with my things; most of them antiques and took pictures so they could put everything back where it was when they started. I love the new paint in my rooms and everything turned out terrific. I am very satisfied. My neighbor is using them next. VQ more

Hello To Future Triple 7 Painting Customers, My name is Gladys McDonald. I am 87 years old and don't own a computer. When I decided I needed to have my house painted, I went to the newspaper and wrote down the names of all the painters listed that were licensed, bonded and insured. My Grandson, Ryan, told me he would have Googled it for me but I did not know what that was. Ryan is typing this recommendation into the computer for me as I speak. Well there were 8 painters that claimed they were licensed, bonded and insured. I called the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to check. The lady that helped me was very nice and checked all 8. As it turns out, only 3 of them were current or in good standing. I then called the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix and only Triple 7 was a member and they have an A rating. I always choose a company that is a BBB member as their Code of Business Practices gives me comfort I am dealing with a company of high integrity and they will treat me fairly. I also liked the fact that Triple 7 was owned by a lady and she insists that all their painters undergo an extensive background check. She says she won't send anyone to our house that she wouldn't have in hers!! I like that. Well they came out the following Monday and painted my house. Jim the Supervisor and Jim and Rob were my crew. Boy did they do a good job, were courteous, hard working, careful and neat. My house shines like brand new and my neighbors were so impressed that 2 of them have Triple 7 coming next week to paint theirs.
