At Trinity Wellness Center, we take pride in being very through with new patient chiropractic examinations. Our Chiropractors and the state of Texas are very clear on protocols and procedures that are done at our office. In 18 years of practice, our doctor has never released a patient without explaining the findings on the x-rays after a comprehensive exam has been done. Furthermore, all X-rays must be checked and signed off by the lead doctor before copies are released to the patient. Attention to detail regarding our patients, their exam and welfare and the responsibilities of handling their private records are very important to us and we take it very seriously. We are sorry if a patient feels they have not received the quality of customer service we have given or is disturbed when the doctor makes a personal phone call to address a problem. more

Go here if you want to spend a lot of money & get no help! I'd give negative numbers if I could. I ended up going elsewhere to get help, but spent a lot of time attempting to get my records & Xrays. I finally was able to get my Xrays a week later & after having to go twice to the office & argue a lot. Dr Martz is a control freak & even called my cell phone to argue with me. more
