Unfriendly 8/25/2011

Walked in... two people at the front counter and no one greeted me. Walked around for about 15- 20 minutes and was never spoken to. Several nail techs passed-- nothing. The guy who was behind the counter when I first walked in--- followed me around, basically but never spoke. I was really offended by the lack of customer service in this beauty supply store. I will never visit again. more

Dirty!!!!!!!!!!! Gross!!!!!!!!! Unsanitary!! 5/24/2010

Just got back from there. Came highly recommended from a friend and the reviews were pretty good. Got a manicure and pet. I wasn't really paying attention to the guy who was filling the tub for my feet but when the lady next to me was done they didn't clean the tub before they filled it for the next client after seeing that I asked if I could have new tools and that I would pay for them I was declined they acted like they couldn't understand what I was saying. They should be checked out by the board of health. The hole place is a dump. Do not believe the good reviews I think they must have been written by the employees. Tammy also tried to charge me $10 more. If there was a negative star this place would get it! more

Great nails, nice pedicures, and art 7/7/2005

They do great work here, and the art is top notch. They are located in the back of a salon, so it is a little difficult to wind your way to the back of the place to have your services done. They do give you a free pair of slippers after your pedicure, and not those little paper or sponge ones, real ones. Make sure you get a cute little flower on your tootsies. :) more
