Trimark offered great costumer service and answered questions quickly AS LONG AS THEY WERE GETTING MY MONEY. But, when I had to cancel, they continued to take money from my bank account. I couldn't afford to waste $60 for the stop-pay at the bank, so I certainly can't afford to keep financing policies I no longer have. Phone calls have brought only lip-service " We are so sorry. The money should be returned within 10 days", has been the mantra for 32 days. Still not refund. If this is how they really treat people, I hate to think of the royal mess they would have made for me if I had needed to file a claim!!
