I have rented from Triangle for the past four years, and recently, I had such a horrible experience with this company that I will never rent from them again. I reserved a van to rent out on Tuesday morning to return on Friday evening, which I stated to the lady who made my reservation. I was quoted a price and returned the van the time I specified when I made the reservation. However, the following day I saw an additional day charge to my bank account. I immediately called Triangle and left a message with a clerk who said that manager would call me the following Monday. I had to call her, which I attempted 3 times before actually talking to her (which was not until 30 minutes before they closed). In addition, she stated the reason for the charge was that the van was returned late, when in fact it was returned at the time I originally told the clerk who made the reservation. The main reason I am upset is that I was not notified of this when I returned the van on Friday. The male clerk who checked the van back in told me that everything was fine, but if it was ""late"", he should have notified me of it and of the additional amount I would be charged.
