I've been banking with Tri Counties for at least 5 years now and have never had any problems what-so-ever. I am always treated with respect when I go in. The staff are very helpful and they have good extended hours. Their main branch is open until 6pm and for half the day on Saturdays and they have a branch in Raley's that is open everyday and even later then their main branch. This is very helpful for people that can't bank during traditional banking hours. They also have internet banking that is compatible with Microsoft Money.
I haven't used them for any personal loans so I can't comment on that.
