Tri-Boro Animal Hospital

NEVER AGAIN!! i decided to take my pet to this location, since it was closest to my home. When i get there in the morning, on time to my appointment, the door was closed, i had to knock several times. Then when i finally see the vet, he does not even introduce himself or show any concern for my pet. He was just throwing prices at me, prescriptions, and passively answering my questions! He was not explaining clearly my pet's cause of illness or ways to prevent it. For the location, I was expecting cheaper prices, charging $58 office visit, but not even properly examining my pet! i felt like i was ripped off and did not get what i payed for. The only professional person in there was the receptionist! i Recommend Riverdale animal clinic,for those searching in the Bronx area, they are much MORE professional. more

Before buying my house I lived close to triboro old adress. I took all my animals there and had always been very happy with the service and the prices. After I moved I had a hard time finding a vet that I felt comfortable with. Lo and behold triboro moved close to where I live now and I went right back to them. The Dr there is great, funny and honest about what you have to get done for your pet and what can wait. I recomended him to my friends and tenants. I would recommend him to all. more

i recieved better care at this office than i ever did any where else if your pet is part of the family they strive to keep him/her part of the family. After going to triboro i am sure she will make a full recovery and the quality of love they gave to her was amazing i would highly recommend this place. I would recommend this place to everyone. more
