I bought my laptop last year, and my screen went blank. Nothing came up. The computer was running and I could plug my computer into a monitor and it would work, but the screen was just DEAD. I called Best Buy and found out the warranty JUST EXPIRED. I let the guys at ""geek squad"" diagnose my laptop and they said I had to replace the WHOLE LCD and quoted me for 600 dollars because I had a ""GLOSSY SCREEN."" I was like, WTF??? I ONLY PAID 760 for it!!! I brought the laptop to these guys and they opened up my laptop, and RECONNECTED MY SCREEN FREE OF CHARGE. APPARENTLY THE CABLE CONNECTING THE SCREEN TO THE COMPUTER WAS LOOSE!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING FREE!!!! FREE!!!!!!! seriously, thanks a lot guys. I wouldn't normally waste my time writing stuff for a company, but the fact that you didn't charge me anything just MADE MY DAY TY
