Great service ! 3/14/2013

Great service - quick to respond to a last minute, Friday evening emergency furnace repair and repairman went above and beyond, attempting to machine a part to our old furnace to keep us warm, then arriving early the next morning to replace a worn-out part. Thanks, guys - good job. more

Excellent. Your tech was outstanding. He was friendly but professional. He gave us advice regarding our system and how we could make improvements. Expedient and timely service. Educational info about how to control our hot water system. We now have a better understanding about how our water heater works and the proper care we should take on an extended vacation. more

Very good. The plumber was on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well. He is knowledgeable and hardworking and I think the valve flows from that. more

Tri Star Mechanical Services 1/3/2013

Tri Star Mechanical Services fixed my leaking water heater under warranty and was fast and efficient. I also had several leaks on old faucets that they repaired the same day. I definitely will spread the word and use them for now on. more
