There was miscommunication with regard to the car being picked up and repaired. Was supposed to be picked up on Monday, but that plan wasn't communicated to team working on Monday morning. Also, when my wife picked car up, she was told that her oil change was overdue. I would have expected a quick call for authorization to do the oil change. I would have preferred that over having to arrange for an oil change on another day. That said, my experience with TriStar almost always great.
