Tri Lus Nail & Skin Care-Permanent Cosmetic Makep

i went to tri lus last week for the first time and was very unhappy. i was supposed to have a service at 3:00 but i was still waiting at 3:20! and thats not the worst part. the girl at the counter didnt even say anything to me about the wait. kinder clerks would say something like ""sorry for the wait"" or ""we'll be with you shortly"". she just completly ignored me while she joked and laughed about movies with the manicurists. i was so upset i almost just walked right out! even someone that came in 5 minutes after i did was helped before me. and when the lady was finally ready she didn't even apologize or say anything to me! she just pointed to the back of the room for me to follow like i was a child! and during the service i was pretty uncomfortable since it was my first time but the woman didnt even speak to me the whole time which made me even more uncomfortable. the whole time she was talking to her co worker in their language. when it was finally over and i went back out to the clerk (that was rude to me earlier) she had no problem acknowleging me to take my money real quick! i will not go back to tri lu's. Cons: no customer service at all more
