I have hair that is hard to cut. I've gone to a lot of places, even to New York, to find someone who can do a good job. Fortunately somebody told me about Charlene at Trendsetters. She gives me the best cut I've ever had! She is incredibly skilled - both cuts and color. The last time I went there, as I was walking out, a customer coming in stopped and said, ""That's *exactly* what I want my hair to look like!"" I get positive comments all the time. Charlene is the best! more

I got nice color with problem hair 6/24/2010

I had my hair damaged and everyone was afraid to cut too much off. Charlene fixed a real problem that I had with dryness. I was happy with the service and the price. Pros: Charlene is experienced! more

Good customer service, good price, BAD cut! 6/10/2008

Everyone was very nice and my cut was only $25 which I'm not use to. But I got it cut on my lunch break and had to go back to work looking horrible! I have thick hair and the lady cutting my hair did not know how to thin it out correctly. I had to ask her over and over to take more out, until I just gave up. I also have wavy hair and their hair straiteners were not what i would expect at a hair salon. The cut itself is uneven and lumpy. I am definatly going to have to go somewhere tomorrow just to get it fixed. Pros: Friendly, Not expensive Cons: Don't accept debit/credit, not highly skilled, bad stylists more
