I think Guardian Storage is awesome especially if your a student, I was so happy to have my things in safe care, and had such good access and customer service to get to my belongings, I actually needed to go through my pallet of stuff to find certain stuff in the mix of moving, Great people at Shadyside in East Liberty, will always do pleasure with your business and tell my college friends! clean storage, helpful staff 9/12/2011

Guardian's units are really clean. The garage area was large enough for lots of people to be moving at once. I liked that the units were all indoors, so I never got wet while loading or unloading. The guy Chuck who runs the freight elevator was a HUGE help. The one complaint I had was that the "free use of the truck" was a little misleading. I had to show proof of my own auto insurance AND pay $20-something to lower their insurance deductible from some number to $500 while I was using the truck. That whole thing seemed like a bit of a scam to me. more

Gaurdian Storage 8/31/2011

As a college student, I only stored my things for three months but I was very pleases with the service I received. Everything was very quick and efficient and everyone was so friendly. I didn't have to worry about the security of my things because I knew they were just fine. Guardian self storage will be my first choice if I decide to put my things in storage again. more

I had a great experience with Gaurdian Storage. They had great customer service and were always helpful to anser any questions I had or any problems. They have a good student deal too! more

Pricey, but good 8/27/2011

I am an extremely satisfied customer at guardian storage. The place is extremely neat and storage is extremely convenient. I stored with them and left the country for 3 months, and i returned to my stuff tension-free. The price is a few dollars higher, but it is, in all, worth it. more

I have used Guardian Self Storage for over 10 years. The condition of my "stuff" was the same when I got it out as it once when I put it in. Their hours of operation was very convenient for me. I would definately use them again. more

My Experience as a Customer of Guardian Storage-Centre Ave. 4/2/2011

I have been a customer of Guardian Storage for approximately 2 years. The attention to their customers is unparalleled. The manager, John Hoburg, and his staff are extremely pleasant and always willing to help you in any way possible. I have always enjoyed my visits to the facilities in anticipation of having a friendly reception and conversation. Guardian is very responsible and I always felt my delivered packages were in good hands and never at risk of being damaged. If the location suits you, this is the place for all your storage needs. more
