Took my Camry to TreadQuarters on S. Military Highway for a nail in my tire. The next morning I found the tire flat again. We immediately took the car back to the same TreadQuarters with our receipt and asked them to fix the bad patch. They proceeded to print out a new estimate receipt and my husband asked why they were going to charge us again. We told them that we had not driven the car anywhere, to which the assistant manager retorted, "Well, you drove it home, didn't you?" He offered to look at the tire again, but we were so angry that we took it to another mechanic. That mechanic told us that the puncture location had been worn down so far past the cord body that a sturdy patch was impossible to apply. We took the tire to another mechanic for second opinion and they agreed that the patch would not hold. What should have been a simple $20 patch job ended up costing us a new tire due to TreadQuarters' shoddy work! NOT GOOD!
