Tracy Drywall is a great drywall repair company. Nathaniel was on time, polite and professional. His work was so good, I could not even tell the sheetrock was ever damaged.

No Show 8/13/2009

Since I had read such great reviews in various places, I was really excited to have them come to my home and provide me with estimates for removing wallpaper and adding Monterrey texture, and repairing a ceiling with some water damage. The first time they could fit me in their schedule was two weeks in advance. I made the appointment, took off from work and they never showed and never called. Looking for another drywall company. If you know of any, let me know. Thanks. more

They did a great job. My ceiling was damaged in the hurricane and they came right out. They weren't the cheapest quote I had, but their service quality was great. Pros: I really believe they are the best Cons: a little on the high side more

Best sheetrock repair in houston 2/3/2009

I had a whole ceiling that fell during the hurricane, and within a couple of days tracy drywall was there hanging, taping and floating. They fixed the ceiling in empecable time. There customer service was excellent, which could only be matched by the work they did. I only have good things to say about tracy drywall and if i ever have any more drywall damage I will make sure to give them a call. more

Drywall Repair above and beyond. 2/3/2009

I had a leak in my ceiling and I called Tracy Drywall to get an estimate. They took care of me right away, showed up when they said they would, they gave me a very reasonable price and were very polite, clean and professional from the time they showed up to the time they left. I cannot even tell that I had damage to my ceiling. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tracy Drywall. Pros: On time, competatively priced, professional, honest more

Reply to ""Worst Service""\r \r I chose not to do the job because ever since the time I got to the appointment, the lady was constantly yelling at her husband about me, how she wasn't going to pay me because I arrived late to the appointment. It was my last appointment for the day and I had called to let them know I was running late.\r \r I guess they got offended because I refused to work under those conditions. \r \r But don't let them fool you. We are a drywall repair company, ALL WE DO IS SMALL JOBS. We have the best reputation in the business and we do our very best to keep it that way. more

WORST SERVICE 4/5/2008

If you want your sheet rock/drywall fixed professionally go anywhere, but here! It was obvious the owner does not like to do small jobs. HORRIBLE service, hours late for appointment, and extremely RUDE. Please save yourself some time and money and use someone else. more

NO Way to Run a Business! 9/25/2007

First, I never should have paid $30 for an estimate on my drywall repair - estimates should be free. Then, it took several days for Tracy Drywall to email an estimate to me - which did not have my name or my address - the estimate had name and address of a stranger. I called Tracy Drywall several times in order to have a corrected estimate emailed to me and they never return my calls. I left several messages on their voicemail and actually talked to, I believe her name was Jennifer, and she said a corrected estimate would be sent to me - which never happened. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company - that is no way to run a business. more

Highly Professional 1/26/2007

Tracy did some work for me on some drywall that my dog had actually eaten through when he was a puppy. The work was done perfectly, very timely, and in the manner we had agreed upon. His prices are pretty much unbeatable, and he is a great guy. We would hire him again and again. Very pleased. Pros: Professionalism, Workmanship, Quality! more
