It's pretty much hit or miss at this Toys R Us. I go about 12 times a year and of that I'd say about half of the time I get a rude, uneducated sales clerk. On my most recent visit I was looking for a rocking puppy riding toy. I asked a gentleman that was in the riding toy area if he knew if there were any in the back. He told me to go stand next to the back room doors and ask the next person that walked out to check. So I did as I was told and the guy went back and stood in the stock room for two minutes before he came back out and said there was none. I could see him through the door! Luckily when I got up front to the register there was about 6 rocking puppies on display. This is a common occurrence at this location. It is really hit or miss.
