Just wanted to let you know that from the day we have purchased both of our new vehicles, we have been treated wonderfully by Rosner. Two individuals that must be commended are your GM Kevin Runey and the salesman we dealt with Matt Winters. Both have gone above and beyond what I've ever expected in a dealership. I will highly recommend Rosner to everyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and will definitely do my business with Rosner again! Thank you so very much! more

Free oil changes 4/25/2011

There's just no TOYOTA like a TOYOTA with Rosner Rewards!!! Free oil changes, engine for life and car washes, dont forget WOMENS WEDNESDAYS. Who would by a toyota from someone else? not buying from Rosner is almost as aint AMERICAN as not liking mac and cheese. more

Thus far, the service center has been very good to us as well, especially when we purchased aftermarket accessories and they needed to be installed. The work was completely ahead of schedule, and a loaner car was provided. more

I have been going to Ron Rosner's Toyota of Stafford for over three years. In that time, my family has bought 4 cars from them. The salesperson we deal with, Rick and Paul, are great. They ask the right questions and don't pressure us. The Sales Manger, Mickey Ortiz is wonderful. He has worked with us and given us some FANTASTIC deals!!! I have read some of the reviews and certainly don't aggree with them. I quess people will always find something to complain about. If you go into the dealership with a bad attitude, then you probably won't be happy no matter what they do for you. Thanks Ron Rosner for some great service! I'll be coming back soon. more

great local dealership to do business with 3/31/2011

great local dealership to do business with all my co-workers and neighbors buy and service there- parking is always hard to find on weekends and they have alot of turnover in thiere sales dept staff-treated much better than the dealers in No.Va more
