Definitely Would Recommend! 4/13/2009

Eric Gordon is a very good representative for your company. Good to Great consultant. Very knowledgeable.Employees who installed new Trane were knowledgeable, friendly, left the house clean and worked efficiently. They also project a very positive image for your company. One was named Austin, I can't remember the second. Both very good. I continually checked on the installation of the heat pump and each time found them working. I and the wife love our new Trane. Thanks to Eric and all! more

Very happy 3/18/2009

I am very pleased on service and the professional manner how Townsend Heating conducted business which was very important to me. I was without heat and they finished in a very fast and timely manner to get the job finished. I definitely will recommend this business to anyone needing heating and cooling. more

Great Installation!! 2/2/2009

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Townend Heating and Cooling and particularly the two men who installed our heating and cooling system and duct work. Both of the installers were hard workers, stayed right with the job, finished the job the same day and were very polite, congenial and informative of the system they had installed. My husband was at home during the day of installation and he said the men worked hard and only took the regular breaks. They also cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. This was a large purchase/home improvement for us and at finish we felt glad and confident we had chosen Townsend for the job. Again, a big thanks to you and your installers. Hope the Trane system works as well as it was installed! more

Very Satisfied 1/12/2009

We love our Trane. The contractor was very good and very informative on how the product works and how we would save money. The quality of the work was great! Clean up was great. Mike who works at Townsend was awesome! Very professional and knew a lot about the product. I would recommend Trane and Townsend to all my friends. I love the variable speed and it is very quiet. It looks great! We were very satisfied with everything. more

Great Service 2/20/2008

I have used Townsend commercially for over 16 years. I have found them to be quick to respond to my needs, (even on holidays). I also used them to replace my entire heating/cooling service in my home. Their prices have always been in line. Great Products and service. Again, GREAT Service. Rich & Linda Townsend have always met and exceeded my expectations. more

Trane is a great brand name to buy but I would recommend finding another dealer. Maybe we just had a bad experience but we had trouble trying to get them to complete the job. We spent a lot of money with this company and were far from satisfied with the service. more
