Service Was Very Fast 10/21/2011

My car ran out of gas on my way to work. It was very stressful, but I am glad I ended up with Towne Towing. Their service was very fast, I was only 30 minutes late to work and they made the best out of my situation. more

Very friendly and professional guy who actually cared enough about my car to put protectors on the cable so it would not hurt my car while he was hooking it up. If I ever break down again I plan to give Towne Towing the call. more

Very Helpful 10/14/2011

My car broke down at the grocery store and I didn't really know what to do as I'm not an AAA member. I googled around and found Towne Towing and gave them a call. The dispatcher was helpful and sent a truck out to tow my car home. Turns out, my battery was dead, so he provided a little charge and off I went. I'm hoping I don't have to call a tow company again, but if I have to, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys. more

I called Towne Towing when I need help with a flat tire. The guys were very friendly and professional. They really do provide speedy service. My tire was changed and replaced in no time. Great job. more

Fast and professional 9/23/2011

My friend actually used this towing company, which from my point of view I think they were very fast and professional. My friend called me up to pick her up because her car broke down and I knew exactly were she was at. By the time I had gone there, her car was already towed where it needed to go. They were so fast, you would think they were ninjas or something. more

Very Helpful 9/22/2011

I drove up to Palatine and wouldn't you know it my car broke. It just died on the freeway. Lost power and died. I sat there in my car stumped not knowing who to call and really not wanting to deal with this situation. I called information and they found Towne Towing for me. I called and they came and hook up my car, then took it to a local shop in the area. The driver was really friendly and helpful to the out of towner. more

Goes The Extra Mile 9/19/2011

What professional goes the extra mile to make what would otherwise totally suck (break down needing a tow) not suck quite so bad. I can't say enough good things, if you need a tow truck this is the place to call. more

Can't Thank You Enough 9/14/2011

Last week after work I had realized that I had unfortunately left my light on all day. I had left work that day late so there was no one around to give me a jump. I called Towne Towing to give me a jump start. it was starting to get dark and I was beginning to get nervous. Luckily they showed up in no time, tops maybe 10 or 15 min. I couldn't believe it, I can't thank you guys enough. more

Safe Driver 8/26/2011

On time, clean truck....I was dressed in my work clothes, I didn't except to break down. Safe driver and clean uniform. I had no idea where to take my car, the driver recommended their repair shop. Then he gave me a ride to work. All I can say is wow, what great customer service. more

Came on a Saturday 8/22/2011

Locked myself out of my car at the mall. Called Towne Towing on a Saturday and they came out at no extra charge and were able to open my car up so I could get my keys. Pretty friendly service here. more

Towne Towing has helped me out numerous times. From me leaving my lights on all day them having to jump start it, to the car just breaking down period. They are always fast and always so polite and helpful. I owe them a lot. more

I, unfortunately, have had to deal with a tow several times now. This guy is BY FAR the best. He's quick & efficient...he's even helped me push a car uphill out of a garage. Pricing is affordable and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. more

I was at the mall shopping and when I came back to my car my engine wouldn't start. My friend was with me so she refer me to Towne Towing. I gave them a call and they got there within minutes and took my car to a shop near by. Thanks Towne Towing! more

Limited exposure to tow companies, thankfully, but my car broke and wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do. I called Towne Towing and they came quickly and towed my car to the shop. Starter was history, but appreciated the promptness of service. more
