Body Work & Maintenance 11/1/2013

Beautiful job fixing a dent! They gave me a pleasant surprise with cleaning the interior of the car, and gave me a free loaner while work was being done. My concern over the transmission shifting a bit more abruptly than usual was not adequately addressed. more

Great to get a problem or service taken care of fast and that's what happens at Towne. Advisors ready to start the paperwork promptly so my time is taken into account instead of just sit and wait that can happen at other places. I have been a customer and will continue because advisors are friendly and courteous and take care of the service or problem asap. more
