Upon arriving at the clinic, the front desk staff was very friendly. I was seen promptly for my appointment, and the dental hygienist did a great job with my teeth assessment and cleaning. She was very friendly, very professional, and made it a relaxing experience. I also wasn't made to feel like scum of the earth for not flossing six times a day. :) Dr. Ballard was great -- very professional and friendly, but she got right to the point with letting me know what was going on and what we were going to do about it. I'm looking forward to continuing my dental care with Towncrest in the future. more
