The Physical Therapy program is coordinated by the licensed professional who respects the dignity of each and every Patient. The primary goal of Physical Therapy is to prevent, rehabilitate a dysfunction and maintain patients abilities in order to make them achieve the highest level of function within their environment as pain free as possible. Our therapists use every possible resource, including “state-of the-art” equipment and techniques in a compassionate and encouraging setting that helps patients progress to their full potential. The programs that we offer cover several patients needs, including acute/chronic pain, arthritis, sports injuries, post surgical, trauma, neurological and cognitive conditions as well as promoting wellness to a individual and to the community. Therapy services begin with the patient being seen by the Physician and/or Physical Therapist who certifies that therapy treatments are medically necessary.
