Up until this past summer, I have tried to lose weight through many diets and programs, needless to say, without success. I just felt I needed to lose about 15-20 lbs. So frustrated, I spoke with Stacey. She sat me down and went through what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. I started to follow her suggestions and I have lost 10 lbs so far and the weight is staying off. It is a slow but steady process. Not easy to do as I am a single mom and work two stressful jobs and feeling that I need to just get something on the table. The benefits of my weight loss and eating better is that my son is eating better, hopefully, learning better eating habits than I had. \r

Just wanted you to know the doctor told me the other day that the change in my cholesterol was simply amazing. It has changed from 197 with 58 HDL on 9/3/11 to 225 with HDL of 74 on 2/23/12. The total number jumped but she said it was because the HDL jumped from 59 to 74.\r
