My experience with AQH was an excellent one. I worked mostly with James, who was quite professional and friendly in helping me pick out the type of hearing aid that would be best-suited for me. However, My last and most productive visit was with Trissi, the Practice Manager. She was quite knowledgeable about the particular hearing aid I had and even explained features about it to me that I did not know it had after having had it for a year! She was able to ask me the right questions to enable her to adjust it for me to hear better under different circumstances. The difference just blew me away!! I would highly recommend AQH for anyone looking for a quality experience with a personal touch.
