I am very disappointed in the service I DID NOT receive. I was told by a pharmacy technician regarding an approval from my doctor for a shingles vaccination that they had submitted the request, and that it would take a few days.\r
Upon calling Total Care at the Plaza I was told ""We have not received the order as of yet, and that I should call my doctor."" \r
I did just that and found that it hadn't been requested and that this happens all the time. Why do they feel the need to do something like that? I am disgusted with this and it has wasted my time.\r
So to all you out there, do not depend on Total Care #2 to handle requests from your physician because it will not happen. It's best to do it yourself if you want it done right.\r
