We also bought trim pieces for two projects that make our two projects stand out as being more individually intricate in design and effect than we thought was possible. We bought travertine tile from this company for our kitchen. The product we received from them was cracked and full of holes, very poor quality and unusable. They refused to stand behind the product and told us too bad. Apparently the salesman who sold us the tile no longer works there, and the new person had no reason to help us. They finally took the bad product back for a charge of $160!!!!! The OWNER of Tosca complained saying ""Now I am stuck with it"" Don't buy from this company! In today's economy you can do better. Don't support companies who don't care about customer service. more

My husband and I were in the unfortunate position of having to rebuild our home after the fires last year. Although we were pretty stressed out at all we had to do, I have to say that everyone we dealt with at Tosca made it easier and even fun. Thay had the best selection, the best prices, and the most patient people of anywhere else we shopped. Great place for granite - Cecilia is wonderful (fabricator) - Different types of granite other than what you see all the time. Very helpful - they were always on time, on the day they stated they would be there. The original granite broke during installation, and they took it back and brought another piece at their expense.\r HIghly recommend them more

This outlet and its sales rep John and manager pull the old bait and switch. They sold us one peice of granite and then delivered an ugly monstrosity to the installer(who they recommended and had pick the granite up). The installer pre-cut it and then delivered it to us. We immediately took it back and told them its was wrong but John, the unprofessional, used car salesman-type, argued and was not at all interested in righting their wrong. Beware this place as they are a shoddy organization.. Cons: Crooks more
